A father of two beautiful girls, an avid tinkerer, and an outdoorsman, I always seek new challenges and ways to expand my knowledge and skills. Business Applications Technician II

Thurston County Medic One, Olympia, WA

I support the county’s EMS system by providing technical support to all firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics. We also provide tablets and modems to the 12 different agencies in the county. We develop new technologies and strategies for our providers to serve their patients better. I prototype solutions to problems and service inoperable devices. Finally, we coordinate repairs for medical equipment and apparatus.

Genius Administrator

As a genius admin, I am responsible for maintaining repair team operations. I track the status of hundreds of repairs daily, monitoring the progress, ordering parts and supplies, and prioritizing them for my repair team. I am a resource for our technicians, answering tough questions and solving complex issues. I am the person who represents our repair team to our customers, explaining what steps have been taken and the result. I work to constantly improve the efficiency of our repair team through innovation and constant communication.

As a technical specialist, it was my role to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues on mobile devices.
